This traditional Arabica variety is prized for its clean, balanced, and elegant character, which is accentuated in this lot by washed processing and medium roasting. In the cup, it develops a delicate sweetness of cane sugar, notes of apple and pear, and a light to medium body that feels harmonious and very clean.

Panama Typica is a coffee with a calm, clean, and elegant character. It is neither strong nor heavy, but rather built on subtle sweetness, balance, and natural harmony. In the cup, notes of brown sugar, apple, and pear develop, complemented by a light tea-like nuance and a delicate woody undertone.

Its flavour profile is rather delicate and refined, without sharp transitions or pronounced acidity. This makes it very readable and cultivated. It is suitable for those looking for a pure Arabica with a subtle sweetness, a light to medium body, and a balanced, elegant finish.
