Typica from the Panamanian region of Boquete in Chiriquí grows at an altitude of 1,700 m above sea level on the Callejón Seco farm. This traditional Arabica variety is prized for its clean, balanced, and elegant character, which is accentuated in this lot by washed processing and medium roasting. In the cup, it develops a delicate sweetness of cane sugar, notes of apple and pear, and a light to medium body that feels harmonious and very clean.
