Tomáš is in charge of everything related to green coffee. He fell in love with coffee when he was 18, became more interested in it over the last ten years, and has been actively involved in coffee for four years. What brings him the most joy is a perfectly prepared espresso, and at home, he most often prepares filtered coffee.

Přemek has dedicated his entire professional career to gastronomy and has been involved with coffee for more than 13 years. He drinks 10-15 cups of coffee daily, with ristretto and espresso being among his favorites.
Luděk has loved coffee since he was young. He used to prefer stronger, dark-roasted espresso and blends with robusta, but working at the roastery opened up a new world of flavors and aromas of quality coffee for him. He prefers strong espresso, but also enjoys preparing interesting filter coffee with his colleagues.

HelpLine & Eshop Operator
Ilona has been with our company since 2008 and you can hear her pleasant voice when you call our HelpLink at 800 191 19. She drinks her daily coffee with a little milk, no sugar.
Training Manager
Adéla leads workshops for both novice and experienced baristas, helping them develop their technique and confidence behind the espresso machine, and discover the world of specialty coffee. She has been fully dedicated to coffee for over five years and is still fascinated by the many possibilities it offers.
She believes that coffee is both a journey and a destination. She enjoys sharing her experience, inspiring others, and connecting the coffee community across the country. Her workshops are not just about proper espresso extraction or latte art, but primarily about joy, laughter, caffeine, and the desire to continuously grow.

Jožka má pod palcem kvalitu i správné postupy. Dohlíží na to, aby káva i všechno kolem ní odpovídalo firemním standardům i přísné legislativě, a s kolegy z pražírny pečlivě kontroluje každou upraženou i zabalenou várku. V pauze ho nejčastěji potkáte s filtrem v ruce. Propadl totiž přípravě na V60, u které rád zkouší nové chutě a objevuje, co všechno kávový svět nabízí.
